The Personal Mastery Series offers the deep connection of a cohort structure in a blended learning format.
Virtual course modules include live sessions, regular check-ins, and breakout group discussions. Coursework contains science-based interactive exercises, expert interviews, and current research.

Personal Mastery Modules
Personal Mastery Curriculum
The foundation for our journey of self-exploration begins with actionable strategies for understanding and developing emotional intelligence.
Prior to the first class meeting, each participant is given a comprehensive Emotional Quotient (EQ-i 2.0) assessment and is individually coached on the results.
This module also begins a course-long gratitude practice. Each participant receives a complimentary physical copy of The Five Minute Journal® and is asked to begin a daily disciplined practice as early as possible.
To strengthen immediate EQ development, asynchronous coursework contains comprehensive valuable resources, including key expert interviews, case studies, and current research.
Class meets virtually for a 2.5-hour live session, with an optional 90 minute check-in. This blended learning structure continues with every module.
Suffering may be simply defined as wanting things to be different than they are in any given moment. How can we develop more awareness, acceptance, and gratitude to alleviate suffering for ourselves and others?
Mindfulness allows us to clear away obstacles within the mind, revealing the innate blissful wisdom that shines through each of us.
Content is suitable for all levels of meditation experience and compatible with all belief systems.
Taught by global experts with decades of combined experience, this module establishes a rich foundation for a lifelong mindfulness/insight meditation practice.
Breakout group discussions begin in this module and carry forward throughout the remainder of the program.
This coursework focuses on restorative care techniques and challenges harmful behavioral patterns that have established limiting beliefs.
We provide strategies for building healthier mental models, forgiveness through compassion and empathy practices, grounding and balancing of vital mental, emotional, energetic, and physical bodies, along with digital wellbeing and transcending loneliness.
Content also addresses behaviors and beliefs that shift us from addiction – past recovery – to a state of liberation.
Before we can develop a fulfilling roadmap for life, we must first understand our personal values. This foundational wisdom is critical to leading a meaningful and purpose-driven life filled with abundance.
Drawing from many ethics-based philosophies, we begin with an individual assessment for deeper personal awareness.
Comprehensive coursework is complimented by valuable daily practices established in earlier modules.
In this module, we craft a personal vision. Gratitude, humility, flexibility, and playfulness help establish a purposeful vision underpinned by values.
To achieve our ultimate "North Star" orientation, we must first answer key questions.
We examine healthy and helpful intentions to skillfully engage in the precious art of living. Through a refined understanding of the “why” (values) and the “what” (vision), we can shift to our greater purpose that is both responsive and adaptable to life changes.
It has been said that the meaning of life is to find your gifts, and the purpose of life is to give your gifts away.
During this final module, you are exposed to new material and draw from all prior teachings to confidently understand your own sense of personal mastery.
In addition to discovering how to “follow your bliss”, we also focus heavily on a greater purpose – serving others. Building on practices cultivated throughout the course, you will be challenged to bravely face the future through a call to action.
We support your journey for the remainder of the year by offering profound wisdom practices and monthly check-ins. The lasting connections made in this course will also serve as a heartfelt source of support.
